Afternoon nap......

Tara and Hari had a late night last night and and early morning this morning...........then Michael and I took them swimming .... they had a great time, really enjoyed splashing about and going down the slide and Tara has even started to learn to swim.

After we walked home, we sat on the sofa and had a cuddle, and very quickly it got very quiet.......... and with the exception of rather heave breathing it stayed like this for 2 hours!!!!!!

this is unheard of my little ones just dont sleep during the day ;0)
