Vexed Cop

On the way into town I came across this recent carcrash and cop. He looked a little vexed(see the number plate) having to stand in the rainfall.. So I shot him through the windscreen... I didn't really have time to ask his permission and as I wasn't obstructing his business it probably wasn't illegal...

Big Brother has finished.... at last... hooray....
