Cheese Tasting

Tonight we went round some friends for a cheese tasting evening. We each brought along a selection of different cheeses and had a bit each with crackers, biscuits and home made bread and butter. I took some Sussex Crumble, some cheese with notes of red wine (forget what it's called) and some hard Italian cheese, all purchased at Borough Market (love that place!). We ate so much cheese, I don't think I want to see any more for a long time! Having said that, it was a great evening!

I still think an extra mature cheddar is my favourite though :)
