a long walk

Today Renee and I were on the Trans Canada Trail for five hours. And we probably walked about twenty kilometers, ten west and back. On the trail we chatted with two people, took photographs, rested and snacked on food.

We passed about six cyclists, two women walking their dogs and one woman jogging. Lots of robins, a few stellar jays, a raven and a couple of pileated woodpeckers.
