If Carlsberg did Semi finals....

What a day....

Today we travelled to the league leaders Crewkerne Reserves for a Tommy Tabberer semi final clash with Crewkerne Reserves. They are a very very good side, but so are we!

Every single one of my players ran their socks off and gave every ounce of energy on what was a lovely day. It was a really tight game but we definitely edged it and ultimately wanted it more than they did. Gav scored an absolute screamer half way through the 2nd half to give us a precious lead.

However heart ache in the 90th minute when Crewkerne found a scrappy last minute equaliser. But the boys got their heads up and bounced back in extra time with Sam making a delicious lob over their 'keeper 5 minutes in to the added half hour.

We then defended resolutely and came away with a deserved win and a place in the final at the Davey Fort! It's what we've worked towards all season and we're buzzing for it!!
