This detail from the most amazing magnolia tree I think I have seen. It is in the Royal Botanical Gardens, Edinburgh. My cousin married his now wife in the small enclave that this tree is grounded in but the vibrancy of the colour can be seen from many vantage points around the gardens. FYI the flowers are about the size of a large grapefruit......
