New tyre and Royal reading

Had a slow puncture which was getting faster, so time to pay a visit to see Martin at Tom
Farmer's to see what was to be done. Unfortunately a new tyre was required. In these days of austerity, the budget variety would have to do (half the price of the branded one!)

Whilst waiting, I discovered an art book about portraits of the Queen in the magazine rack. I'd only made it as far as the 1980's when the tyre was replaced and I was ready to go about the business of the day.
