8 classes and 1 pair of achy legs

Well today was my first time at IFS as a qualified aerobics instructor!
It has been one of the best days of my life so far - met some amazing world class instructors and taken part in 8 amazing classes!

After all that exercise I somehow think I am going to be aching in the morning!
