Now you would think that maybe, just maybe, if you were thinking of putting on a kids football tournament on a Saturday morning, and the use of the pitch is a contentious issue you might just warn the residents of the houses that the noise effects. Particularly when the said tournament is for what looked like under 11's down and had plenty of screaming parents and coaches. But hey maybe that is just me.

Not the best shot in the world by any extent but it is evidence for the planning authourities as to how many people can be on the pitch at anyone time. I am at the moment trying to keep a tally of how many people are on the pitch at one time as the college are saying at most 3x 5-a-side, in the evenings this is often exceeded, but how could I even start to count today?

Anyway at lunchtime we were visited by friends, and their seven month old, that I have known since Uni. It was a very chilled afternoon in the garden, in the spring sunshine. Lovely and warm with no breeze. then we realised that it is 300 weeks since we were last together and since then between us we have had three children. Tell me where does the time go? We must not leave it so long again. Imagine if we did, Carys would be 11!

Clocks go forward tonight. I doubt it will make much difference to us but it has frazzled our brains trying to figure out whether to put the kids to bed early or late or early tonight to make sure they go to bed at a sensible time tomorrow. Thankfully we loose an hour and not gain so we should at least not be up at 5am.
