Dunvegan Castle

I was lucky enough to be doing some work at Dunvegan Castle and very privileged to be able to stay in one of the very nice holiday cottages within the castle gardens, this picture of the side of the Castle is the view from our front window.

With 800 years of history and still the home of the 30th Chief of Clan MacLeod the castle gives you a sense of just how good it is to be Scottish, on our drive there and back we passed so many stunning sites and landscapes and with so many wild Deer to be seen roaming free my question is this....

Why don't we take time to properly explore our country in all it's beauty?
