Yummy soup

Doesn't look that great I guess, but this Asian style mushroom noodle soup tasted fantastic. Enoki and brown mushies with sliced snow peas and surprisingly nice lo-cal noodles. Garlic, ginger & soy for flavor. Tofu for extra protein and sliced spring onions for colour and flavor. The picture is of the leftovers for lunch tomorrow.
