Re-Vision: A Photo Journal

Glistening & Clinging

completely exhausted tonight. Hannah had a 1/2 day school, so I stayed home. I spent almost 6 hrs. working outside, which I typically enjoying when it's puttering in the garden kind of work. Having the rose bushes trimmed (my 2nd least favorite garden task) last week, today I tackled the mound of mulch. My husband ordered a delivery yesterday, so it's on the side of the driveway, looming weeks worth of work. I shoveled, hauled, dumped, & raked all day. I got 4 beds done; 4 to go another day. Hannah actually helped, which was nice. It was nearly 80 F & sunny, so I enjoyed getting some rays, but sweated way too much for a day off! Paul will be glad I've cut his job (which the rest alllll is) in half.

Oh, & these rose leaf dewdrops were shot this morning. They caught my eye, glistening & clinging in perfect alignment along the jagged edges of each leaf.
