Welcome to Cambusbarron

A new sign welcoming to Cambusbarron. The village has a rich history particularly but not exclusively in relation to Robert the Bruce and the Battle of Bannockburn. A recently published book by resident historian Peter Paterson entitled " A Cambusbarron Tapestry"
provides a detailed insight into the village's people and past.I have already included a couple of blips of Gillies Hill Woods - more to follow.
