Thanks for all the comments and concern after my whinging yesterday.

Much better day today.
All was quiet on the wailing cat front last night.
I was going to blip the offending article today but decided that she didn't deserve it, no matter how soft her fur is!!
To be honest every pic I took of her she was giving me dirty looks anyway.

It was a lovely day in Manchester today. Qweenie and Phil must have been pleased.
You may have guessed that I am not a big royalist even though I obviously have nothing against them personally.

For this reason it was a surprise to me when I was watching 'The Diamond Queen' a few weeks ago with the youngest, (that's the one featured yesterday) when he came out with the following statement.

"I think the Queen's awesome. She's just like everyone's Granny innit"

This (when translated from teenage speak) seens to indicate that he likes the Queen. How did that happen???

Most of the day was taken up with the neccessary evil of work. At work I mostly do adding up and taking away. Then I explain my sums to people who earn more money than me but apparently can't do maths. My sums all worked out ok today so that was good.
