The brighter side of braces

Fairly chilled yet productive morning in the flat, then off into Edinburgh for the tightening appointment that my orthodontist seems to have been preparing me for the past few visits! More 'robust' wire, power chain, space closers and the dreaded elastic band!

However, these appointments do allow the opportunity for a trip into Edinburgh and a wander in the meadows which is always appreciated!

Dinner & dvd with Heather, now time for sleep!
