The Day I Walked On Water

Fog's back!

I stepped on this pontoon today and it floated away from the quay. Anyone who saw us would have seen a man floating away and a dog reluctant to jump from the quay. Fortunately we had a lead connecting us so I pulled at the dog and he dragged me back close enough for him to make the leap.

When I'd finished taking the shot I had to rock the pontoon to ease it close enough to get back on dry land. I thought I was going to have to wait for the tide to go out!
