Day 61: Run, run, run

Definitely had a good week so far and feel as though I have really made progress. Tonight's run I have done a few times and in the past felt heavy legged by the end, but this time I felt strong all the way through. Tomorrow will be the true test, as I have a long bike planned which could be a tough one if I haven't recovered fully.

The photo is of the mausoleum that sits just a couple of K's away from home. The only things that I know about it are that it has suffered from subsidence, and that it is the building that has the longest echo in the world.
