Sweet violets

Managed to leave work at a reasonable time today so decided to stop off at the Quay on the way home. Am still feeling rather poorly with this head cold so being out in the fresh air and sunshine was nice.

Took several shots of the sun setting on the river, swans, boats, ducks etc. Then on the way back to the car I spotted a fairy circle of violets. They were beautiful as you can see.
