Today I woke up and had a headache. I felt better for a while and then fell back to sleep and Stewart made this wonderful site to showcase the forty-four pieces I have created since being in Edinburgh. Please go look.

In return and in thanks I had fun in the kitchen and made this amazing vegan creation for dinner. Pizza like dough covered with thyme, sundried tomatoes and onion relish in the bottom of a spring form pan topped with leeks and portobello mushrooms infused with wine, more thyme and potatoes, garlic, basil and cranberries. Topped with more dough and basil. Cooked until golden and yummy.

Cooking is easy in Stewart's kitchen. It's magic!
