Fit Fridays

Eleanor stayed over & we went over to Runcorn [equidistant from Liverpool and Warrington, so a mixture of scousers..] to go to FitnessFirst for a work out.

Spent some time in the sunshine & read some of my Italian book - homework.

We also have four black lambs, the photo doesn't show them very well...
