Sacred Ibis

I went to a little park/river in my old neighbourhood to hunt down a 'red bishop' as they are so stunning with their bright red chests. I was a bit disappointed as there were none around. There must have been a lot of rain coursing down this little river as the bridge had washed away and everything had changed. There was a red bird there, possibly a winteer form of the red bishop but I'm not sure. Anyway there was a Sacred Ibis strolling around. Had the Hadeda the other day and mentioned the Sacred Ibis. That beak is something else and people have to protect their koi here as they just love to make a meal of them.
