Happy Birthday Chloe

My little sister turns 30 today, and in honour of her special birthday I've made her a cake inspired by the cakes our mum used to make us when we were little.

I hid a chocolate cake inside all the vanilla buttercream, layered with more buttercream and strawberry jam, my nephew and brother in law seemed to love it.

Happy Birthday Chloe - enjoy your 30's, I have although I'm rapidly heading towards 40!
