Panopticon "Halo" in Rossendale.

We had a ride out to another Panopticon which is the "Halo" in Rossendale.

Panopticons are a unique arts and regeneration project with a series of 21st century landmarks across East Lancashire. "Halo" stands on the highest point of 'top o slate' in Rossendale.
