from the Malahat

This morning (5am) I drove my brother to the Victoria Airport. On the return trip I stopped at the viewpoint on the Malahat. From the viewpoint I can look toward the airport, the gulf islands and on a clear day I can see the snow covered Mount Baker in the state of Washington.

The land is a layered silhouette. In the foreground is Saanich Inlet and Senanus Island.
