Pork Chop and Chilli Pasta

Felt the need to cook properly tonight, and blitz the kitchen too. A visit to Scotmid ended up in a bit of ready steady cook quicky bag effort, with limited funds and desperately in need of pay day I ended up with a bargain basket!

This is what I came up with, and it was delicious!

Even got to enjoy a bit of late afternoon sun with a pint today. Result!
