Highland beef roast

Having spend Sunday at Aviemore we managed to come back with some supplies - cheese, meat, beer, sloe gin, hand made chocolates and so on. The food at the Rothiemurchus deli is amazing. This the beef joint just after it came out of the oven - mmmmmmmmmmmmm
