Sunset symphony
A back blip because we had visitors who stayed quite late, then I was keen to go out into the garden and try and catch the fox and/or the badger on my DSLR as they have both been visiting nightly recently. I did get some good sightings of the fox and even fired off a shot, but the view was obstructed by a branch. However, the exciting news is that the photo was sharp enough for me to tell that the fox is a vixen, and is in cub.
As for the blip, the next door TV aerial is a popular perch for crows, pigeons and our garden starling who sits up there waiting for the meal worms to appear, then swoops greedily. I like the way it looks like a music stand, so the birds look as though they are presiding over a concert.
