Is it right to shoot a picture like this? My first thought was "It's evidence", my second "It's intrusion", third, "Have to take it....". Is that right?

The guy was angry but maybe he had cause. She was obviously trying to exercise control over her life. They were clashing and the moment might be decisive......

I hope I never find myself in such a situation but I have been near.
