Twenty-second day of the March Challenge., and the word is numerical.

I walk past this building (which is always closed) every time I go to the gym, and it's always intrigued me....

A quick google and all illusions I had of them selling brass numbers for gateposts etc was shattered. It is in fact a place which teaches numeracy skills to adults, although the last classes seem to have finished over 2 years ago... maybe explaining why it seems to have fallen into some disrepair!
