Boathouse on the River Teign

Went for a walk along the River Teign from Shaldon to Newton Abbot -part of the Templer Way, a trail from Teignmouth to Haytor on Dartmoor. We didn't do our homework and didn't realise that this part of the walk was tide dependent, and really only walkable at low water. The tide favoured us but we still hurried along and identified this boathouse as our refuge if necessary.
