Pies

I and Phil started the weekly pie tradition at work, but it was I that chose Wednesday.

Many years later, the practice is still going strong, despite my rare appearance on these lunch time outings to forage for pies.

Today I went along to the defacto pie-maker to our workplace, one of Edinburgh's top butchers
