200 and looking to the future.

This was not the picture I had planned for today.

In my daughters hand is her egg for the decorated egg competition. In a moment of inspiration we made an olympic torch. We were rather pleased with the result.

Then this morning the gorgeous sun was streaming through the window and I literally rolled off a few snaps in between snarling and shouting and pleading with everyone to please get ready.

My computer died the other day and took with it Photoshop as I do not know where the disc is. This is edited on Gimp. Its quite good actually especially for free.

Anyway I am waffling. 200!!!!! Its taken two years to get here but I am determined to get to 365 within the next one hundred and sixty five days.

I do love blip. I have not had as much time lately to comment but I do always look. I find some of the shots so interesting, inspirational and often laugh out loud or sometimes cry.

The next 165 days and beyond are going to be very trying on our family I am sure. We have ended up in a horrible situation through no fault of our own. I am going to be sitting today trying to make some sense of it and we have an important meeting tomorrow.

You have to be hopeful though and look to the future. I have got a wedding song to record ( I have not forgotten ;) x ) and I am singing at a wedding next year and may accompany myself on the banjo........

I am starting a musical theatre club with a friend next month and all in all there is a lot to be happy about.

Therefore this picture sums up where I am at 200, thoughtful but hopeful.
