Lap Dog

Another early start up the hill and through the woodland, we only had a passing visit from an energetic young spaniel that Juno played with.

Work was a mystery of magic.

Took a wee walk to get a new running rucksack and to get a wee cup of tea and a scone.

Picked up the bike after it's wee check over.

Coaching was great tonight, I did goalkeeping drills with one of our keepers, good fun and she was great. Tough game this weekend so we asked teh girls to raise the standards at training.

Football admin and food at home.

As usual I got a great welcome from the dog, she was frantic as I did not come home with the girls as I cycled back.
