8:30am and at work after a nicely rapid cycle to work.

One of the things I moved from my inbox yesterday to my *to-do* list today was to watch this video from last month's exploits as a *ahem* rock star.

I wasn't there, but the illustrious movements of John (the Bassist) were plain for all to see.

Another longish day at work (mostly productive and some good chat) and home for a nice dinner as a family before bedtime and heading out to house group.

Recalling that last tuesday night I was asleep about 9pm...
