A room with a view

The 6am start was made only a bit more pleasant by it being light out - so much nicer than those trips in the dark over the winter. Lovely sunshine for the drive to Bristol. A busy day at work with back to back meetings all day, but good to see people - one big drawback with working from home.

This is a top floor flat the other side of the river from my offices. It would have a fantastic view over Bristol and up to the hills. Oh, to curl up in that comfy chair with a good book. Instead, I got in my car and headed back home.

Chris's day was similarly long. The upside was a 10 minute commute to work, but then he finished the day out with the running club for a tough 6-miler!

Back just in time for The Apprentice. Hoorah!
