Usual cycle with the lovely La La.

We're on first name terms now with some of the 'regulars' and place our 'usual' order - two mugs of tea and a piece of victoria sandwich to share.

Then lunch out with two 'mum' friends in Nottingham.

These ladybirds are everywhere !
