A man and his dog

It got to 23 degrees today but I'm not getting too excited, the rain is supposed to come tomorrow. I won't put my winter clothes away ... just yet.

I took Cousteau for a wee blat on the beach after school.

Then I did some weights and got my school work done.

Canterbury has made ravioli for tea (from scratch, don't you know?!) and we're about to tuck in with a small glass of Pinot.

I gave up coffee three days ago and am not really feeling any ill-effects. I actually feel a bit more energised and brighter. Apparently, the slump will come soon, so I've been reliably informed.

Hump day again, Time goes so fast. :)
