Mahon harbour, Menorca

Someone said the best view of Mahon is from the sea. I agree. This is not from the sea because there's a gorse bush in the way but you can see how it rises up from the harbour in a powerful and picturesque kind of way. Someone, maybe Admiral Byng, said it was the best harbour in the Mediterranean ( I may have said this yesterday) . Sadly he was charged and then executed for losing Menorca to the French. The blob in the sky is dirt on my camera lense. Sorry.
