Dieu et mon droit

Took this on my walk to work this morning. It's the Coat of Arms on the top of the old Royal Victorian Mint building.

After some Wikipedia-ing I found out Dieu et mon droit is Latin for "God and my right" and was introduced to the Royal Coat of Arms by Henry V, in the 1400s.

Funny what you learn on the way to work, sometimes ;-)
