Meiji Mura

Nujabes - Child's Attraction

Something new for a change. Today was spent doing a group photo tour of a place called Meiji Mura. It's a park themed on Meiji Era architecture. Although appearing normal to the Western eye, it's very interesting how this park shows the beginnings of the country's industrial super-power. In many respects it was very moving and enjoyable. Perhaps for me, not the best of parks, however there is much to appreciate for the history buffs.

It's always interesting to see the effort made to recreate old passages of time.
