Post - Op Polo

Yesterday Polo, 13 yrs old, went under anasthetic at the vets to have a blood test, both her ears cleaned and checked and her teeth seen to . She has been in pain for a few weeks and the medication hadn't worked. When we picked her up she was very drowsy and slept for just about 24 hours with a vet's check up visit in the middle. Imagine our surprise when we came in yesterday afternoon and were greeted by this bright eyed energetic bundle of fun. What a difference in such a short few hours. All really worthwhile to have our bubbly dog back again.
