Special Brownies

I can't believe we're here again.

We woke up at 6:00 and had an ok breakfast at the hotel. Then we got to Ferris State University at about 6:45 and set up the machine. We got a few successful runs in and then just decided to relax until it was time to start the competition. It didn't go as well as we had hoped it would...the machine had a few mistakes that really messed it up, but a lot of other teams' machines did too. We didn't place in the top three, so we'll assume we got fourth. We ate lunch on campus, packed up the machine, and hopped on the bus home. We ate Chelston's special brownies and I spent some quality time with the folks in the front of the bus. We stopped at a different Cracker Barrel for dinner and then we got back on the road. It was a fun weekend and I'll never forget that woman on the scooter with the rake...
