Radiant Radiata
Not much time for loafing about with the camera today, with so many pots on the boil - a grant application, a script to write, a festival to organise, bills to pay (via an internet connection that keeps going on strike) details to arrange for a workshop this weekend...
... but on the way to rehearsal tonight, the late sun caught the trees on the corner.
They're mostly Radiata Pines - the cockatoos love the cones, but they (the trees) really are weeds.
Sometimes, late at night, when there's no other sound, you can hear them murmuring in the breeze, like distant surf breaking.
