The path of least resistance

I'm not sure where that path lies at the moment. SOmewhere between gentle persuasion and ignoring bad moods of people learning their way in the world. I do not like forcing people to do things and prefer a go getter attitude, something which admittedly not everyone has. For the time being we tread a fine line between encouraging a desire to move forward and learn things and trying not to force the hand.

Child #2 has been reading to me pretty much every night since the start of the year and it has improved her reading no end and has given her a desire to read which her sister had found herself, well with a wee bit of encouragement.

Meanwhile, badminton we had a new face which was nice but unforunately not much sweat was broken as there was no one against two games to be had.
