Jupiter and Venus in conjunction

Mid March and Venus and Jupiter are in conjunction- that is that they share right ascension. They are both quite high in the western sky after sunset. At the same time, Mars (tonight especially tinted) is rising in the east, making a trio of very distinguishable planets in the early evening sky.
