Studio Day 3

Session 2 of 3: using flash. D sat here very patiently for me as I struggled with the settings on my flash and camera. I bought the flash some years ago from Jessops (it was fairly inexpensive at the time) when I bought my D400 and although it works with my new Canon camera it doesn't seem to be doing TTL (Through the Lens exposures) properly. I've never really used flash and I suppose I was trying to see if I could get the hang of it before I bought a new one. I'm still not sure!

My morning was spent catching up on some admin jobs for the Tai Chi group - no success with the avenue I was pursuing on grant funding! I should have been out in the garden - it's been a beautiful day today.
