Mingling

Today we went food shopping at 8.30 - urgh but quiet then to dee's for cuppa - she gave me a car seat bless - Noah was there too can't believe we both sat their with babies - her with 3 after our wild times at uni!
Then to group and we had course on baby first aid - scary but confidence in dealing with CPR or choking hugely increased - then Cath Melissa Louise back to mine - and their babies - Melissa brought lush choc cake round - argument with washing machine man (mine fukt again grrrrr) sorry melody sometimes only certain words will do - nothing but trouble since 16th dec (thanks blip!) mike cheered me up with fresh cream
Muffin gift when he came in - bless him - but double cake meant only toms on toast for me for tea but at least I did my exercise vid again :)
Mike out at footy tonight so just me and melody and an over full sky plus - documentary on about fat on bbc2 tonight so hopefully I'll learn useful info on how to shift some..
