Envy

I have coveted this house ever since we moved down here. Nine years ago it was a wreck. Then it was a burnt out wreck. Then most of the roof caved in. Then it got so overgrown you could barely see it from the road.
Today however (on the way home from a sneaky child free pub lunch with husband#1) I noticed that the trees have been cleared from the site and the ivy pulled off the house.
I wonder what's next?
