Bon Appetite!
I was given this Marguerite Patten cookery book when I was a student back in the Middle Ages.
I was fairly horrified when I came across this recipe......I mean how was I to afford calf's brains as a student! Needless to say now that I'm working it has become a family favourite!!
Oh and for the vegetarians amongst you, try replacing the head with a pumpkin and the brains with a cauliflower!!
P.s. Don't forget to remove the scum!
