MMMM Cake.....

One of the village pubs i drink in has a little group of locals who take it in turn to bake cakes and bring them in on a sunday evening.

I haven't baked for years so had a trial run at these vanilla cupcakes with real strawberry bits, later topped with white choc icing.

They went down rather well.
